Exchanges:
We understand buying clothes online can be tricky. But in order to simplify that, we have given our best shot at ensuring our sizing chart and product images are as accurate as possible.
However, if for any reason you would like to exchange the product you’ve purchased for another size, style or any listed product, we will be happy to replace it, provided you intimate us within 10 days of receipt of your product via email at autumnhuesworld@gmail.com.
From your side, we will need you to ensure that the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging including invoice or any other document received.
We will organize a reverse pick up within 5 days from the date you have informed us via email.
Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement within 7 to 10 working days. Communication will be sent via SMS through our logistics partner.
Returns & Refund:
Every product is eligible for return.
If you would like to return the product, please note that our returns or refunds policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging including invoice or any other document received.
It would be kind of you to include a slip mentioning a reason for return along with the apparel.
Cancellation:
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order once placed, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing the order at autumnhuesworld@gmail.com.
If the order is not dispatched yet, we will process a full refund to your source account.
